Step 1 - We Assess Your Needs

The first step of your building work journey will be an assessment of your needs. We will visit your property to discuss your requirements, time frame, budget and goals for the home extension and process your existing home plan. At this point we will advise on any amendments that we recommend.
Step 2 - We Set A Fixed Price

We then set a fixed price for your work which is included in your customer contract. This is COMPLETLEY TRANSPARENT; there are no hidden costs and we endeavour to make the wording of our specifications as simple and as reader friendly as possible. This contract includes a payment schedule and your preferred start date.

We understand that client specifications can change and we ensure that any point is not “glossed over”. We will sit back down with you and map out a diverted route to your dream home extension.
Step 3 - We Get To Work

We will take full charge of your property building work. We understand that your personal life and commitments always take priority, so we take care of all aspects of the build, so that your day to day routine can continue as normal, without disruption. You will not find a tidier building firm!
